Job Purpose To perform all secretarial and administrative duties of the Sales
Department with a view to enhancing efficiency and productivity of the
sales personnel for achieving profit objectives of the Company.
Experience Request : Fluent in spoken and written English.
Working experience in global Forwarder is preferred.
Working experience in sales & marketing function is preferred.
Working experience in operation or CS of Logistics industry is preffered.
Good at in using the office software including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Key Accountabilities:
1. To coordinate appointments for overseas visitors and prepare visitor schedule.
2. To set up customers profile and document all quotations / handling instructions for all secured business for circulation to all department concerned.
3. To perform administrative duties within the department, including filing, preparation of quotations and sales reports.
4. To handle rates enquiries from overseas offices and call-in customers.
5. To support the transition and customer retention program.
6. To clarify the potential customers by monthly cold-call.
7. To monitor unbilled invoices and ensure that sales personnel resolved issues within given timeframe for invoices to be completely billed out.
8. To monitor overseas sales leads and ensure that sales personnel attend to these leads timely.
