工作职责:
结合业务发展需求,在人员薪资、招聘、绩效管理、员工关系等方面提供有效的解决方案并实施,促进业务目标的达成。
1、人力规划及招募:根据现有编制及业务发展需求,协调、统计各部门的招聘需求,建立健全人才库,协同人力资源各职能,提供高效的用人解决方案;建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制,确保人员到岗率。
2、绩效考核:参与绩效考核体系的设计与编写;在业务部门进行指导,并有效推行与实拖;
3、员工关系:深入业务部门,协调、处理员工与组织的关系,增强团队凝聚力;协助业务部门组织举办员工活动及内训活动;
4、负责一线员工的考勤记录和薪资福利的审核以及支付;提供劳动力成本分析,并协助项目点优化人员使用效率;
4、其他人力资源部相关事务的计划、执行、沟通及实施。
岗位要求:
1、人力资源或相关专业本科以上学历;
2、5年以上大型零售行业、快消行业以或餐饮行业人力资源管理工作经验;
3、优秀的理解力及分析判断能力,良好的组织、协调、沟通和推动能力;
4、积极主动,责任心强,工作踏实,执行力强,能适应工作压力

To provide a broad range of human resources services in support of operation excellence & human resource initiatives for Compass China
Core responsibilities
Recruitment
Fully dedicated to develop in unit labour sourcing channels in the field
Day-to-day in unit labour recruitment, including interview arrangement, feedback follow-up, pre employment documents preparation, and on board notification to Central HR Shared Service Team.
Staffing and Training
Day-to-day staffing management, including new comers/leaver reporting, check-in/out process following, staff attendance record (duty roster) checking, leaves and overtime calculation and consolidation
Provide induction program to in unit staff
Coordinate and implement other trainings to staff
Reporting
Manpower planning and monitoring with headcount statistics update at daily basis
Develop HR analysis and report to business leaders including workforce planning, labour turnover, labour cost analysis etc
Develop local authority network and keep track of recent labour regulations/policies
Employee Relations
Stand for regular effective employee communication channel, means for company information and policy message - front line staff in particular
To facilitate operation leaders for regular staff communication meetings, to follow staff inquiries, to deal with all sorts of staff disputes and/or arbitration cases
Contribute to maintain overall staff morale
Development / Implementation of local HR initiatives or ad-hoc projects
Requirement
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplinary
Good English skills in spoken, writing;
Experience in working in food/retail/FMCG industry is a plus
3-5 years experience in HR
Good computer skills and MS office skills;
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
