道路救援客服：
? 按照公司的标准迅速礼貌地处理呼入呼出的电话
? 根据客户的需求，提供合理必要的高质量服务，以期达到并超越客户的期望值
? 确保任务执行和电话沟通内容及时正确的输入到操作系统中，以保证后续跟踪能得到及时准确的信息
? 在团队合作的模式下工作，确保团队合作顺利，案件得到及时正确的处理
? 努力达到部门和个人的任务指标
? 执行并完成部门管理人员分配的工作
岗位要求：
? 良好的客户服务意识
? 可以正确分析客人的需求并给出有逻辑性的解决方案
? 良好的沟通能力，人际交往能力和打字能力
? 大专及以上学历
? 具有呼叫中心坐席经验优先考虑
? 具有驾驶执照者优先考虑
工作时间：
系统排班，周末和假期可能会有班次，公司提供额外的早晚班和夜班补助。
