职位描述：
Job Description:
- Mainly focus on Optical component and Fusion Splicer products Sales in China market.
- Drive account business development together with factory, support customer's technical and commercial requirements, to achieve sales target
- Make business development plan and carry out;
- Drive achievements in terms of sales revenue, design-win revenue,sales forecasts, order pursuing, optimal pricing, delivery performance, customer strategic alliance and gross margin per account;


Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree required, major in Optoelectronics, Optical Networking, Physics, or Electronics
2. 3+ years working experience in optic components, or optical network industry. Working experience for customer technical support or Sales to Optical Equipment makers or carriers is more better;
3. Familiar with Optical connectors, Fusion Splicers; good understanding for Optical Networking system and datacom equipment;
4. Fluency in both spoken and written English;
5. Good communication skills and team work;
6. Work hard and actively , very circumspective; Honesty and steadfast;
