The position plays a pivotal role within our company and our sales operations and offers you a great opportunity to grow within the community we serve and the industry we work in. In order to fill this exciting and challenging role, we want you to be:

Main purpose of this exciting role:

主要工作内容：

· Focus on local, domestic (China) and International household goods moves / sales.

· 主要提供本地、国内及国际私人物品搬运的销售业务

· Responding to client enquiries

· 对于客人的需求给予及时反馈

· Conducting Survey’s at clients home

· 在客户住宅进行私人物品体积估量

· Estimating and calculating costs for each quoted job, (origin, freight and destination charges).

· 计算每项搬运业务的成本（出发地、目的地的服务费以及运费）

· Preparing quotations and follow up with individual and corporate customers to secure business.

· 准备报价，并跟进个人客户或公司客户，积极争取订单

· Booking work and coordinating with Operations and Customer Service departments to ensure

smooth service delivery.

· 与操作部门进行良好沟通，以确保我们的服务全程顺利完成。

· Maintain and develop strong relationships with key new/existing local accounts.

· 建立并维护巩固与新老大客户的合作关系。



Candidates must possess:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· 本科学历

· Bilingual Mandarin and English. Other language is a plus.

· 会普通话和英语。会第二外语的优先考虑。

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in service related industry

· 在相关行业有至少2－3年的从业经验。

· Ability to win trust and confidence in people

· 有能力赢得他人的信任

· Commitment to working and living in China

· 愿意在中国工作与生活

· Knowledge of the Relocation Industry is preferred.

The majority of our clients are foreigners and being culturally sensitive and possessing
the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse, foreign client base is essential.
