Job Description-General Ledger Senior Accountant



Title: General Ledger Senior Accountant

Responsible Business Area: Shanghai

Report Line: Finance Director

Salary Rang: RMB7000--9000

Suggested On Board Day: June 30



Job Requirement:
·Bachelor degree with at least 5 years experiences in accounting;
·Be familiar with ERP system;

·Strong knowledge in accounting and internal control;

·Professional certifications CPA preferred
·Good interpersonal and communication skill;
·Willing to work under pressure;
·Good command of English.

·Energetic and highly motivated team player

Job Responsibilities:
·To perform the general ledger accounting works, such as fixed assets, accrual, etc.;

·To perform the other receivables and payables accounting works and coach junior accountant;

·To perform inter company reconciliation process;

·To conduct invoice verification, communicate and clarify with related colleagues
·To assure correct bookkeeping of account payables

·To be responsible for the internal tax package report preparation on regular basis;
·To maintain the financial master data in ERP system with appropriate approval;
·To prepare the timely & quality account reconciliation;
·To ensure the timely & quality month-end closing and internal/external reporting;
·To support internal and external Audit.;
·To make sure other things assigned by superiors done timely and accuracy;
