Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership of the ITO (Inquire TO Order) team to aggressively drive the R process and execution of all RFQ activities to ensure the quality and accuracy proposal deliverables across the region, and the ongoing development of the team. • Work with Sales and Sales leadership to continually improve the utilization and efficiency of the R process. • Own and report the overall ITO metrics, and use the data to establish means to improve proposal hit rate. • Provide direction in the development and overall utilization of historical proposal data and analysis. • Initiate and lead cross-functional efforts to increase efficiencies within the proposal effort. • Responsible for project tracking, ITO documentation, and proposal feedback. • Utilize Six Sigma, process discipline, and digitization tools to ensure continuous improvement within ITO organization.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, Electrical Engineering or related majors preferred. • At least 8 years experiences, and related working experience in MNC is preferable • Strong command of the IS system solutions and individual product lines • Familiar with commercial and contractual terms, and negotiations • Familiar with public/negotiation bidding process, familiar with ITO (Inquire TO Order) process • Good English skills, English proposal capability • Excellent computer skill: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Visio etc. • Communication and problem solving skills • Demonstrate leadership and management skills • Have initiative, energetic, hardworking competencies and good team work skills
