What are my responsibilities?
- As a divisional EHS officer, be responsible for maintain, monitor and analyze EHS system of SLC IC RL. Also act as a supervisor and coacher to the subsidiary business units for all environmental, health and safety matters. Mainly including:
- Implementing, maintaining and continuously improving EHS management system;
- Collecting and reporting environmental, health and safety data ;
- Planning and driving processes improvement regarding EHS accidents/incidents;
- Coaching and supervising all BU EHS officers and coordinators work;
- Planning and supporting projects team and ensuring all EHS requirements were implemented in all projects;
- Increasing all employees EHS awareness and a sustainable culture within division.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor's degree, majored in Environmental Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, at least three years EHS related experience
- Fluent English skills both orally and in writing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to solve complex problems;
- EHS experience in a foreign investigated company is preferred
