职位描述：
Responsibility/Tasks:
1. To communicate with internal and external contacts for shipment handling, including to confirm shipping scope, to make shipment booking, documents preparation, shipping scheduling, customs declaration handling and shipping records.
2. To make sure the shipping documents and customs documents (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, B/L and so on) match the requirements of the customer and compliance, so that the contract & L/C can be fulfilled exactly and appropriately.
3. Not only follow the present logistics process, but also improve the logistics process to a better stage to improve the working efficiency and accuracy if possible.
4. Finish other tasks assigned by supervisors/managers.

Competence:
1. Generally understanding of Incoterms, use correctly
2. Capability of smooth communication and cooperation
3. Good command of English writing
4. Familiar with export and import procedures and policies in Chinese Customs & Inspection
5. Over 1 years of experience in export customs declaration and international logistic handling 举报 分享
