职位描述：
To catch up with our fast-paced business expansion, we are currently recruiting high-calibers with initiatives and passion to facilitate company performance and create great customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

1. Provide full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll administration, compensation & benefits administration, staff relations and performance management
2. Take charge of all HR activities including front line talent acquisition, employee relations and policy execution
3. Preparing for annual budget, forecast and salary review
4. Participate in HRIS implementation project
5. Assist in handling various ad hoc HR projects


Requirements

1. Degree holder
2. Minimum 3 years solid HR experience in a multi-national company prefer in retail industry
3. Well versed in labor law and other relevant regulations
4. Initiates, independent and well-organized
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
6 Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
