General Position Summary:
The individual will support Sales manager efforts to collect receivables and resolve late payment issues (Greater China)
JDE data collection and input for Shenzhen (both CHC and HK)

Major Responsibilities:
1 - Monitor Receivables for Natralock Asia
2 - Direct customer contact for late payment issues.
3 - Coordinate efforts of Natralock sales, CSRs, and Finance to resolve late payment problems
4 - Collect customer order and converting order, input in JDE system
5 - Collect inventory report and delivery notes, input in JDE system
6 - Provide weekly sales/delivery report based on JDE system
7 - Assist the Natralock team as required with other projects

Requirement
Bachelor Degree preferred (Printing or Accounting, both is Okay)
Strong organizational skills
Detail orientation and patience
Some English (written and oral) preferred
Good Interpersonal and communication skills
Around 1year working experience (primary is Okay, co-operate with financial group is plus)
