职位描述：
Responsible for delivering construction projects globally using multiple project delivery and execution strategies at a competitive advantage. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to building and facilities construction projects. Responsibilities may include development of the contracting strategy, project scope, schedules, approval requirements, project budgets, quality and change controls. Develops timeline of project approval requirements. Interacts with customer staff, coordinates resources and schedule. Manages design output, design budgets, and performance management of the architectural and engineering vendor. Assures accuracy of financial forecasts with tie-in to project schedules. Manages the indirect budget, forecasts trades resources, resolves resource conflicts, and coordinates trades mobilization. Engaged in contract and legal negotiations, incident investigation, staff safety training, and project assessment. Ensures projects are completed according to project plans. Manages project team resourcing and training.
Plan/manage programs and/or projects to meet specific objectives or goals. Provide leadership for the project team and key interface to the project /program management team. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, review scope and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule, scope and budget. Use judgment in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes. Maintain installation schedule for responsible functional areas as well controlling schedule duration changes
Assess problem/task risk and identify issues.
Monitor/report out progress against schedule and develop resolution for schedule impacts
Coordinate resources with other functions.
Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
Create plans and schedule work to meet schedule milestones and deadlines to ensure the completion of several related tasks.


Qualification:
Prefer a BS in Engineering, Project Management or Equivalent with eight years related experience.
Semiconductor facilities Mech (HVAC) and Chemical technical background is preferred.
Familiar with semiconductor wafer manufacturing process and tools. Has more than 5 years' experience of semiconductor wafer manufacturing tool installation, including tool install design review, material qualification and selection, tool move in, tool pedestal installation, facilities' line installation and qualification.
Project Management and Leadership of medium to large size teams.
Detailed Planning, Scheduling and strong written/verbal communication skills.
Construction along with Process and/or Factory Operations knowledge would be an added advantage .
Knowledge of Facilities processes, systems and technical challenges.
Knowledge of Construction materials properties, use, and installation .
Flexibility and adaptability to changing environment conditions.
Good time management skills.
Proactive and cooperative approach.
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
English language skills.
Good verbal and written communications skills .
Excellent interpersonal skills .
Able to read and understand P&ID, shop drawings and cut sheets .
Establish the ability to execute successfully.
Demonstrate a commitment to Intel and Construction group objectives.
