职位描述：
岗位要求：
1、开拓及发展机构客户和高净值个人客户，为其提供全方位财富管理服务，完成公司下达的个人目标；
2、通过销售方式与客户联系，预约客户到公司洽谈；
3、分析客户的需求情况，提供产品介绍，政策答疑，促成交易。
4、有激情，有活力，有想法提高自我价值。

任职要求：
1、有较强的沟通能力和自我营销能力，有强烈的销售意思，具有较强的市场开拓能力和客户维护能力；
2、参销售工作有浓厚的热情，本来打算从金融方向发展；
3、有责任心，工作自觉主动。具有良好的客户沟通、人际交往能力，诚实守信，为人谦虚、勤奋努力，勇于挑战高薪；
4、有从事保险、证券及金融销售经验或有本地区域广泛的人际关系者优先考虑。最好是P·P线上理财产品销售工作经验者；
