岗位描述：此岗位下属市场部，工作汇报给市场部经理，负责公司旗下媒体品牌在网络平台的推广，拓展大中华地区的线上受众人群，保证品牌的有效传播。
工作职责：
- 负责企业社交网站和合作网站主页的日常维护
- 负责每日撰写和发布博客(微博、腾讯、人人、Youtube、Facebook等)
- 获取其他动漫相关社交网站的信息，跟踪行业内最新动向
- 执行品牌旗下视频项目的推广
- 负责网络推广创意及执行
- 负责搭建与行业相关网站的合作
- 授权市场情况的便携与更新
- 根据授权市场情况编写行业概况
- 统计、分析电视放映情况和网络活动情况
- 市场调查
- 竞争对手的监测
- 协助市场经理进行被授权上的销售监督

Position: Social Media & Analytic Officer

Company: Riki Group China, part of the International Riki Group and producer of the Kaixinqiu animation series. Riki Group produces in Beijing and St. Petersburg and is also actively developing new media strategies, online games, events, publishing and educational tools. We are currently growing at a very fast pace.
The goal of this position is to coordinate marketing efforts through social media, online channels, events, and publicity to help company’s media brands reach targeted audiences in the greater China region. This role will be responsible for helping develop a marketing strategy while building relationships with local social media partners.

Location: Beijing
Type: Local hire

Responsibilities include:

- Oversee all day-to-day social media operation, to ensure our company’s brand is well represented across all social media platforms.
- Generate and manage content for social media channels
- Carry out online activities on each social website; run daily online activities
- Keep on top of what is being talked about on other blogs and news channels regarding animation industry in China
- Build good relationships with other bloggers in the industry
- Contribute to writing brand descriptions, slogans and text for our website
- Analyze and form internet statistics and write monthly report about growth dynamics of brands on video and social websites
- Analyze and form statistics of broadcasting on TV: affinity index, ratings.
- Conduct marketing researches, opinion polls and focus groups; monitor marketing activities and campaigns effectiveness according to KPI.
- Analyze licensees’ sales and monitor tasks required by Marketing/Brand Manager.

Desired Skills & Experience
- 1-2+ years of social media and marketing research/analytics experience in a professional capacity.
- Ideas and opinions about how to build a strong online community and the confidence to share them
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Mandarin Chinese (required) and English (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized
- Self-starter. Ability to work in small entrepreneurial environment
