Job Responsibility:

• Data Auditing

Daily monitoring of customer data to ensure information is both complete and accurate. Ensure all customer information and customer correspondence is recorded and communicated.

• Data Patching

Ensure all missing/erroneous customer data is patched as accurately as possible using supplied tools and agreed data patching rules.

• Escalate Data Exceptions

Review and follow up on any issues raised through the data audit process or via requests directly form customers or colleagues.

• Data Analysis

Prepare analysis on customer data when requested or deemed necessary. Interpret results of analysis to identify trends or solutions to issues. Advise customer of findings and recommendations.

• Check & Distribute Customer Reports

Produce and verify customer reports and data feeds to pre defined deadlines. Ensure that all team output is both well presented and accurate.

• Respond to Customer Questions

Respond to customer questions, queries and requests in a timely fashion.
