Job Title: 运营控制员& 成本控制员
Responsibilities 工作职责:
Ensure compliance with group reporting requirements 确保遵守集团报告的相关要求
Follow all accounting/financial standards (SAP, Organization, cash handling) 遵循所有会计/财务标准（SAP，组织，现金处理）
Follow all internal controlling standard 确保遵守集团报告的相关要求
Controlling of the whole order to delivery process 控制整个从订单到交付的过程
Sales Controlling 销售控制
Material Cost controlling and supplier Controlling 材料成本控制和供应商的控制
Inventory Controlling 库存控制
AR/AP Controlling 应收/应付控制
Quality Cost controlling 质量成本控制
Productivity Controlling 生产力的控制
Logistics/Supply Chain Controlling 物流/供应链控制
Costing management 成本管理
Cost Center Controlling 成本中心控制
Hourly Rate abd overhead rate calculation 每小时率和费用率的计算
Allocation seting up and maintenance 分置方式的设置和维护
Business administration and contract management 商务管理和合同管理
Supporting budgeting, planning and forecasting 支持预算、计划和预测的制作
Other assigned tasks and obligation 其他分配的任务与职责

Competency Requirements能力要求:
Bachelor degree in Accounting&Finance/Controlling 本科，会计和财务控制专业
Above 4 years controlling experience 4年以上控制工作经验；
Strong background experience in reporting, controlling and accounting for manufacturing companies in an international environment;了解并有跨国生产型企业会计，报表，内审和控制工作经验；
SAP knowledge and excel skill are preferred; 良好的SAP和 excel使用技能为佳
Knowledge and experience with local business bureau, tax bureau procedure, foreign currency remittance；了解商务部门，税务部门工作流程和外汇知识；
Hands-on knowledge in SAP；了解SAP系统
Communication Skills ；良好的沟通技巧
Knowledge of taxation laws and tax submission procedure in PRC；了解中国税法和交税流程；
Knowledge of PRC GAAP；了解中国会计准则；
Knowledge in manufacturing processes, product calculation, project calculation。了解生产过程，产品核算，项目核算知识。

注释：
其中运营控制员偏重于预算，财务报告，分析，预算的预测和跟踪。
