职位描述：
The position plays very important role in the continuous improvements in above mentioned areas, the main responsibility includes
? Running projects by following DMAIC process and Lean methodologies to remove the wastes and drive process and productivities improvement.
? Deploying and promoting DMAIC and LSS by running lean training and coaching lean projects
? Supporting Company’s production system implementation by working closely with factory manager and factory management team

Requirements:
The position requires min. 4-year hand-on experience from production/manufacturing company
? Engineering or mechanical background is preferred
? The ability of practical problem solving
? solid lean project experience in process improvement
? Strong sense of responsibility and customer orientation
? Good project management skill
? Good communication and interpersonal skill
? Fluent in English both orally and in written
?Good at the Microsoft Office software - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and so on.
? With the spirit of teamwork and initiative
