Responsibilities:

Store Operation Management

• Ensure to comply the operational standards and guidelines by working closely with all functions, i.e. finance, IT, to refine the policy to drive operational efficiency and improve operation management at all times
• Identify key challenges / improvement areas and work with different functions to find the solution
• Handle daily admin and operational issues for PUMA stores

Drive Productivity

• Manage sales performance based on key performance indicators
• Manage OPEX, including but not only to admin cost, retail marketing cost to drive profitability
• Mentoring new staffs and Improve front line staffs performance
• Organize staffs training with Regional trainer
• Conduct / organize training in operations to PUMA's stores or partner doors
• Be a mentor of PUMA's new staffs and provide new stores training on brand history, basic product knowledge, operations and customer service

Requirements:

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• At least 5 years of retail operations experience in which 3 years in Store managerial position with results driven track record
• Sound leadership skills & problem solving skills
• Well-organized, initiative, independent and customer-oriented
• Strong knowledge of key customers, competitors and local markets
