In support of IBM's growth strategy in the region, we are looking to hire the following candidates.

Job description:

Customer Fulfillment Specialist (English)

Job Responsibility

This role performs complex administrative tasks following established processes and procedures within an assigned function.

Focus on AP Business partner's SWG Agreement review, verification. They need have call with IBM Customer from Asean, ANZ, ISA, HK,TW.

They need to well work with AP customer and IBM AP internal parties to ensure the accuracy, timeless support.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)

Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills for English in Mandatory.

Professional phone manner and presence.

Full of responsibility and ownership to the job.

Ability to work well as part of a team.

IBM HW or SWG fulfillment background will be an advantage.

Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates)

Bachelor's Degree or above

Language: English/Chinese/Japan/korean

Working experience: 1-3 year working experience, graduate in 2011
