职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Validate minimum sample size based on control frequency and adjust sample size on a quarterly basis
2. Validate Control Description/Objective/Risk/testing plan to ensure consistence with current process
3. Independently generate testing universe unless it’s provided by non-STS organization
4. Select samples with risk based sampling approach
5. Obtain artifacts by him/herself, or collect artifacts from execution team as supporting documents
6. Perform testing according to testing plan, using re-performance testing approach
7. Participate in clarification, request/Obtain for additional artifacts where necessary,
8. Participate in defect discussion and finalize defect with classification. Identify root causes, recommend action plans and secondary controls
9. Review action plan and secondary controls provided by execution team
10. Record testing result along with all supporting documents
11. Follow up with action owners to ensure timely closure of action plans
12. Validate secondary controls where applicable
13. Perform remediation testing for control deficiencies.
14. Close defect after resolution
15. Support projects when assigned

Job Requirements
2year+ BPO related working experience
Good communication/negotiation skill
