职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 与客户进行系统需求的调研、沟通、确认。整理出现有业务流程以及各业务环节的数据输入和输出
2. 编写需求规格说明书，向开发/测试人员的需求讲解和答疑, 并承担需求管理和评审工作
3. 完成系统的信息/数据模型设计,对项目经理和系统架构师(SA)一起完成项目整体规划和框架设计
4. 同售前团队和解决方案团队协作,完成售前交流、方案制作、应标等售前支持支持工作

岗位要求：
-熟悉通信行业BOSS业务和基础技术，掌握该领域行业现状及主流解决方案.熟悉TMF(eTOM/TAM/SID/TNA)等BSS/OSS行业标准
-具有3年或以上CRM、计费、帐务、客服、电渠等IT系统的研发/运营或项目管理经验。
参与过国内三大运营商或虚拟运营商的BOSS系统建设者优先。
- 具有良好的团队意识和合作精神，优秀的学习和接受能力
-良好的沟通技能，能与内外部团队高效沟通协调
-较强的口头、书面表达/文档撰写能力
-良好的项目目管理知识和技巧，有PMP认证者优先
-全日制大学教育背景（本科或以上），计算机或通信相关专业为佳 举报 分享
