Position: Finance Supervisor
Working place: Qingdao, Shandong, P.R. China
Job Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
Finance:
- Responsible for accounting functions i.e. receivables, payables and GL, FA and ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness;
- Responsible for TB review, conduct regular balance sheet review and clean up outstanding accounting issues and account balances, and consistently improve related accounting processes;
- Responsible for performing the company’s treasury function (cash management) and maintain relationships with financial institutions (banks);
- To manage and ensure proper accounting and company records being filed;
- To manage the finance system and do excellence where necessary Accounting Policy’s update;
- Responsible for the financial planning and preparations of the (annual) budget(s), periodical forecast(s) and management reports based on input from and in collaboration with management and monitor monthly results and analyze and reconcile variances;
- coordinate the external in accordance with Group closing schedule and relevant policies and procedures;
- To manage the internal and external audits including set up of procedures & control tools as well as follow up of shareholder’s audit;
-To bring anticipated warnings to CFO for risk management and propose relevant tool to reduce/monitor operational and financial risks;
- Responsible for performing the company’s treasury function (cash management) and maintain relationships with financial institutions (banks);
- Candidate is required to perform other tasks and duties as assigned by CFO / CEO / HQ.
Tax
The person in this role will be responsible for all tax related operations including, but not limited to:
- Perform tax analysis, tax advice, planning and reporting for areas of responsibilities to enhance tax risk management;
- Be responsible for all the compliance control and review for Company, such as VAT, CIT, IIT, etc;
- Be responsible to communicate with tax authorities on income tax, turnover tax and other tax related matters including tax audits; Prepare tax computations and returns, and handle correspondence with the respective tax authorities (State Administration of Taxation and Local Taxation Bureau);
- Assist with the coordination of tax related inquires and investigations of Company in China by PRC tax authorities;
- Review transactions and control the tax risk, especially the related-party transactions;
- Deal with non-trade payments to overseas, including tax record, tax return and payments application;
- To coordinate with government officers to solve any problem in order that tax is refunded in a timely manner;
- Deal with other tasks assigned by upper levels.

Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Tax or related fields;
- 5 years or above working experience in finance and tax;
- Familiar with PRC accounting principles, tax regulations & tax practices;
- Be able to restructure and adapt to meet requirement in a growing company;
- Be mature, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, positive-thinking;
- Good communication skills in an international environment;
- Fluent in English, written and oral;
- Proficiency in MS office. 举报 分享
