I. Job Objectives 工作目标
协助人力资源经理完成人力资源部工作目标。
II. Duties and Responsibilities工作职责
1. 考勤系统维护、考勤过程监督及数据统计；
2. 日常休假、警告、奖励的记录；
3. 办理员工入离职所需的各项手续并跟进；
4. 了解员工思想动态并反馈给经理，员工关怀活动的开展；
5. 人事档案管理，数据录入并维护；
6. 工衣、工鞋的发放和更换；
7. 上级交办的其它事项。
III. Personal Qualities &Qualifications 个性品质及任职资格
1. 身体健康；
2. 专科以上学历，一年以上工作经验；
3. 诚实、认真、细致、开朗、富亲和力，灵活且原则性强；
4. 能够使用电脑进行数据统计及分析，熟练操作MS Office系列软件；
5. 了解国家有关人事劳动法规，有基本人力资源管理知识。
