Role Summary/Purpose

GE is an equal opportunity employer, offering a great work environment, challenging career opportunities, professional training and competitive compensation.This role will lead a team in development of new dealer relationships for the local China market, which includes developing new products and supporting vendor program launch campaigns while ensuring risk is managed prudently. You will accomplish this by closely collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Risk, Legal, Finance and other functions across the country platforms, while sourcing from current CDF vendor relationships across the global platforms. You will also support CDF expansion

Essential Responsibilities

• Guide the process and substance of developing and managing cross business strategic account plans that drive identification, development, retention, penetration, profitability and growth of dealer relationships within approved vendor programs for the China market. • Work with GE Capital Risk and Portfolio Management teams to negotiate and maintain program offerings that leverage capital Markets, credit Insurance programs and other risk mitigation programs to meet 6.0 requirements and service vendor clients. • Develop and lead a team of Sales Representatives managing performance against targets. • Work strategically with GE Capital business globally to deliver a consistent CDF product offering Asia. • Effectively liaise with commercial leadership to develop and grow relationships on a corporate-wide basis. • Interface with program executives, senior management, Marketing Leader and functional partners. • Develop and execute communication plan with vendor partner. • Lead the identification, development, and delivery of new financing products and services to support CDFs business expansion objectives in the region. • Assist in other business areas as may be required by Business Leader.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in sales, marketing or finance with minimum 8 years of customer-facing experience in financial services. • Minimum of 5 years of senior sales or program management experience.• Demonstrated experience managing complex transactions from application to funding.• Strong knowledge of credit / risk underwriting processes and cash flow analysis in multi-country environments.• Strong leadership, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and result-oriented.• Ability to multitask, and direct and motivate geographically dispersed teams • Team player, able to work across multiple platforms and functions• Fluency in English and Mandarin, written and verbal Willing to travel extensively (up to 50%)

• GE Capital ECLP Alumni preferred. • Experience with direct and channel partner sales.• Experience managing a team.• Strong vendor engagement and program development experience.
