制造工程技师

根据生产需求，帮助制造工程师提供必要的技术支持，以保证生产顺利进行。

工作描述:
组装、设计、安装、维护、翻新生产工作台、工作架或相关其他日常工作
辅助夹具
协助制造工程师进行不良问题分析
安装、操作冲压机、钻床、铣床、折弯机等机械设备
利用车床、锯子、钻孔机、烙铁等工具进行电路板或者金属零件的再加工；
根据生产需求下设备或者工具采购订单
其他上级主管布置的任务

任职需求:
电子厂或其他相关行业3年以上的工作经验，金属件加工行业优先
良好的焊接技能并能熟练使用机电加工图样
熟悉金属件预加工流程，熟练掌握机加工车间的设备使用、维护、保养;需要有注模机维修保养经验；
必要的负重工作能力
良好的自我约束能力与独立的工作能力，
良好的英文读写能力
耐心、细心、高效、健康

Overview: The Manufacturing Engineering (M/E) Support Technician aids the M/E department for all production needs

Job Descriptions: The M/E Support Technicians duties include:
Assembling, fixing, maintaining and retrofitting all production tables, racks, shelving, or furniture
Designing and constructing production fixtures, tools, or similar equipment for manufacturing needs
Support and assist in testing and troubleshooting needs with the Manufacturing Engineer
Sets up and operates grinders, punches, drill presses, press brake, band saws and other machine shop equipment
Maintaining all hand tool calibration requirements
Soldering and utilizing shop tools (drills, lathes, saws, etc.) for creating or modifying PCBAs and/or metal
parts or connectors
Ordering production tools/equipment for procurement needs
Others assigned by manager

Requirements:

Have experience of injection molding machine repair and maintenance

Over 3 years working experience as a sheet metal machine setup technician on electrical factory or equivalent experience.
Good soldering skill and must be able to read electro-mechanical component and assembly drawings, layouts,
hand sketches.
Candidate must have knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes, must be hands-on and able to operate grinders, punches, drill presses, press brake, Band saws, and other machine shop equipment.
Hands on experience with tools and shop machinery, attention to detail in following tooling instructions,
reading electro-mechanical component and assembly drawings, layouts, hand sketches or charts.
Lifting of metal & plastic stock manually and positioning/securing it in the machine will be required.
Candidate must be Organized, self directed and detail oriented.
Milling, turning and welding (TIG / MIG / ARC / Oxyacetylene) experience a plus.
