Description
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Quality System Engineer to join our team in Shanghai Pudong. Tektronix will invest in your personal and professional growth by providing you with education and training opportunities to keep current in your field. Responsibilities
1. Overall responsibility of this position is to supports ISO recognized quality processes worldwide to facilitate responsive and consistent customer driven actions, maintains a well integrated and mature quality and EHS management system that is part of the corporate culture, reinforces the harmonization and integration of quality processes across geographic regions and sites.
2. Administer Manage the internal audit program, planning and conducting internal process analysis and audits and add value to the audits that improve company productivity and effectiveness.
3. Administer quality processes. A key role will be to ensure the verification of effective implementation of corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
4. Support and analyze metrics. Generating, analyzing and presenting data, training and consulting in Quality Management principals.
5. Coordinate regular quality/EHS management review, and any defined meeting.
6. Support to pass external audit, facilitate direct functions respond to any findings/nonconformance.
7. Support Asia region CCC and Service center internal and registrar audit process
8. Support QMS training for region office

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Familiar with ISO9000, ISO 14000 and ISO17025 standard, has quality /EHS system audit
3. Good English in speaking and writing
4. Good communication, organization and coordination skill
