RESPONSIBILITY:
Be responsible for producing engineering and design deliverables necessary for tendering works and project execution according to schedule and budgets.
Establish power supply scheme according to the process design specification and customer specification.
Establish control system configuration scheme according to the process design specification and customer specification.
Prepare piping and instrumentation diagrams in cooperation with process engineer.
Responsible for detailed electrical & instrumentation design according to the established power supply scheme and control scheme, including the detailed design of power supply system, single line diagram design, the creation of process control logic diagram, cable connection diagrams for electrical devices and instruments.
Provide technical specifications for electrical, control & instrumentation products; provide technical evaluation of the corresponding products from the vendor.
Review subcontractor's electrical & Instrumentation design.
Support site commissioning, training, operation and maintenance manual, etc. in cooperation with process engineer for the project being constructed according to the contract


REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering required. MS/PhD is a plus.
Specific knowledge and skills
>2 years of engineering experience in power plant, air pollution control system, or process plant design
Good computer skills, familiar with software such as CAD, Word, EXCEL; good interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in English.
Ability to work closely in a team environment. Demonstrates initiative, professionalism and a commitment to quality.
