职位描述：
IT Process Quality manager aim to define & implement IT Quality Process, ensure that the IT
Process Quality and define & implement IT operational Quality KPI.
Main Responsibility Area
· Serve as IT Quality Process Owner for IT Operational Quality process: Own the definition and
implementation of Quality Methodologies and processes related to operational quality, e.g.
o Escalation Management & Failure Analysis process (e.g. CCI Quality Management, Code
Red Process Management)
o Working with other IT Operational team member to coach on definition & implementation
of operational quality process (Service Quality CI/Process Quality CI/Project Quality
CI/Major Program Management process)
· Serve as SPOC to IT Process Owner to ensure IT Process Quality:
o Monitor KPIs, perform research / analysis for critical IT processes , research /
characterize / baseline / benchmark new IT process improvement concepts and bring
forward for approval and execution
o Responsible on the definition and deployment of strategic IT Processes QI initiatives (e.g.
Program & Project Management , change management , Use Phase, incident
management , problem management, configuration management , service management,
capacity management , etc. )
o Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency in process execution;
o Making suggestions for IT processes changes and improvements and how to implement
them; Identifies, initiates and follows up corrective and preventive improvement actions
within IT Critical Process.
o Establishing an IT operational quality procedures, standards and specifications in
conjunction with IT operating staff; Setting up and maintaining quality controls and
documentation procedures;
o Working with IT Vendor Management staff to establish process quality requirements from
IT external vendors;
o Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to
improve IT Processes.
o Making sure IT is working as effectively as possible to keep up with benchmark
o Manages, promotes and performs quality activities within IT Processes communities.
o Responsible for influencing IT functional\applications\Infrastructure management team
