Principle Accountabilities
Lead 3-4 AP accounts to complete daily AP work, including AP entries review/post, intercompany balance/payment follow up, etc.
Review payment documents prepared by purchase and AP accountants
Monthly accrual and other related GL entries before closing, accounting support in monthly closing
Coaching work of team, review performance of leaded accountant, continuously review AP work process and improve if necessary
Key staff to implement AP related company policy, including payment rules, DoA, etc. into daily work and ensure follow up tightly.
Key owner to Concur system (reimbursement), in charge of user profit setup and maintain, reimbursement rules check/implement, etc.
Cost centre setup/maintain, expense allocation support
Assist in annual statutory audit, group reporting, etc.
Assist management analysis by investigate detail sub-ledger of accounts, provide balance summary/analysis, detail account/entry information, etc.
Assistant withholding tax process related to Intercompany payment, etc.
Adcock task assigned by managers
Keep smooth communication with variance department in the company, and being good business partner in daily work.
Follow company environment, health and safety management rules and active participator in safety inspection, training and meeting

Work Context
To work in both office and on-site to plan, coach, manage related functional team to reach the target.
Person Specification
Education Training and Work Qualifications
College or above, major in Accounting is preferred ? Desirable
Knowledge
SAP knowledge is strongly preferred Desirable
Familiar with SAP T-code and functions
Skills and Abilities
Be familiar with MS office.
Good communication skill
English written skill
Strong Excel capability
Good written English skill
Strong / Good communication within team and with other departments
Relevant Experience
More than 5 years accounting experience in MNC
Team leader experience is preferred
AP/GL expense
Desirable
More than 8 years accounting experience in MNC is preferred
Team leader experience more than 3 years
AP/GL working expense, with reporting expense
