Accountabilities:
- Assist in logistics and operations before 、in and after event
- Assist in coordinating the vendors’ services to meet LN standard
-Assist in deal with clients’ enquiry within 24 hours and maintaining the sound customer relationship
- Assist in order input in system and related financial work
- Assist in exploring the Media Partners and Supporting Organizations for conferences
- Assist in maintaining the LN conference website
-Team assistance when necessary

工作职责：

Requirements:
- Well organized 、Patient enough and Detail Focused, willing to work multi-functionally by deadline
-Good oral and written English.
-Good telephone communication skills and etiquette.
-Strong Customer service orientation.
-Possess initiative and team spirit.
