职位描述：
Position Title: Human Resources Officer, Solutions Center
Based: Shanghai
Reports to: Senior HR Manager, HR Solutions Center, Asia Pacific
Permanent Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Being a member of HR Solutions Center based in our Central China regional office and act as an on-site contact point to provide pre-defined employee life cycle supports to all employees
- Employee life cycle activities includes payroll and benefit administration, pre-on boarding administration, exit administration, HR systems (Workday) administration, HR reporting, post-on boarding administration, etc.
- Ensures timely and quality of the services are delivered in line with our agreed processes and KPIs.
- Ad-hoc projects assigned by manager

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 2 years HR operations, solid HR Shared Service experience is preferred
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to work in a multinational environment
- Capable to work independently, self-motivated, detailed oriented and well organized
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint)
- Good command of spoken and written English 举报 分享
