职位描述：
Title: Logistic supervisor - export
Report: China souring director (functionally by transportation manager in France)

Missions
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the followings:
With Suppliers
1. Coordinate with suppliers to ship the goods on time
2. KPI management for supplier improvement
3. Documents checking to ensure the smooth clearance in destinations
4. Payment management such as TT/LC
 
With China quality/Buying team
1. Create communication tool with buying team to optimize the export flow
2. Link with buying team to ensure the accuracy of export orders follow up
 
With Forwarder
1. Manage the forwarder to respect the SOP
2. Coordinate with the forwarder to ensure on time for pre-shipment
3. Ensure the delivery on time to different warehouse for implementation in stores on time.
4. Monthly review with forwarders to ensure:
-- KPI review and analysis
-- Action plans for the improvement
 
With Transport department in FR/HK
1. Daily communications on pre-shipment follow up and meeting
2. Coordinate on any urgent orders or special cases in daily operations
 
Skills
? 4-5+ years experiences, especially in transportation, supply chain in logistics field
? Analytical: Excellent analytical skills.
? Communication: Excellent communication both written and oral in English
