总装工程师

岗位职责：
1.根据项目要求编制工艺方案,做出投资估算进行设备选型，跟踪项目实施，直至交付生产，
负责竣工资料的编写/整理。参与新车型项目的方案预研和设备预验收工作,组织车型试 验
及预批量工作.
2.根据OCM和投产通知书编制/修改完善各类生产用工艺文件，正确指导生产。根据生产需要,
编制返修工艺卡及其它专用工艺卡.
3.处理OCM、DFE及生产准备通知书，编制生产准备工艺文件，跟踪完成生产准备工作并返回
生产准备完成通知书。
4.不断改进工艺、设备、操作条件，提高工艺水平，协助有关质量部门调查分析质量问题的
原因，采取有效措施解决质量问题，不断提高产品质量。推进新工艺新技术的应用及技
改项目的事实.

任职要求：
1.要求大学本科，熟悉本专业理论知识，助理工程师以上，
2.有一定的本专业工作经验
3.英法阅读能力，能够熟练操作计算机。
4.有敬业精神，吃苦耐劳，工作积极主动，有良好的工作意愿和工作责任感

General assembly engineer

Job responsibilities:
1. Make plans according to the requirements of project, make investment estimates and choose equipments, monitor project implementation until the production, write and arrange information and materials after finishing the project. Take part in advanced research and acceptance of equipments of new model; organize process test and pilot production;
2. Make/modify all kinds of production documents according to OCM and the notice of production, direct the production correctly. According to the need of production, make card of rework technology and other cards of technology;
3. Deal with OCM, FE and DFE and notice of production preparation, make the documents for the production preparation, monitor the production preparation and return the notice of production preparation;
4. Continue improve technologies, equipments and operating condition, improve producing technology, render assistance to relate quality control department to investigate the causes of quality problem, take effective measures to solves the problems and improve the quality of products. Propel the application of new technology and projects to change the technical innovation.

Job requirement:
1. University graduate or above, know well the principles of the major, at least associate engineer;
2. Have certain the working experience in this field;
3. Good commend of reading English and French, proficiency in operating a computer;
4. Strong professional ethic, hard-working, Proactive, strong wishes for work and a strong sense of responsibility.
