岗位描述
1.制定、审核、会签产品冲压成形工艺及工法图；
2.审核、会签模具结构设计
3.较强的现场专业能力,及时分析,解决冲压生产中和模具制造,调试中出现的问题,独立完成
4.模具的验收工作；
5.编制咨询技术任务书并参与模具咨询、订货，负责设计确认。
6.组织跟踪线外预批量、线上预批量、批量生产，不断提升产品质量直到转交给现生产,通过
技术分析改进质量并且落实整改计划
7.编写项目各阶段所需的文件，提供进展信息，汇总各种数据和资料
任职要求
1.本科学历，冲压/模具专业，2年以上专业工作经验，45岁以下；
2.熟练使用CATIA或UG、artoform或dynaform软件；；
3.熟悉PSA/DPCA工作流程；
4.了解英语或法语；
6.良好的团队合作能力；
Job responsibilities:
1. Make, examine the drawing of forming Technology of stamping；
2. Examine and design the mould;
3. Good ability of spot working, analyze and solve the problems during the mould production and debugging in the stamping production duly；
4. Inspect the moulds independently;
5. Prepare consulting technology commitments and assist mould consultation and order, responsible for design confirmation;
6. Facilitate the pilot supply and quantity production, keep improving the quality of products until the production, through technical analysis to improve the quality and implement rectification measures;
7. Write the documents needed in different stages of the project, provide progress information and collect all kinds of data and information.
Job requirement:
1. Bachelor degree, major in stamping/mould professional, more than 2 years of professional experience, under the age of 45;
2. Skillfully in using the software CATIA, UG, artoform or dynaform;
3. Familiar with PSA/DPCA workflow;
4. Have certain project management experience, be able to control and manage the project development of monitor;
5. know English or French;
6. Good teamwork spirit.
