Job Title: Process Planning Supervisor 工艺策划主管
Report to: PTIE Mgr
Working Veune: Jiaxing city

Job Accountabilities:
Capacity fixture Planning
Perform the capacity fixture planning for the group according to the project and customer requirements to achieve the optimal combination and utilization
Ensure and optimize the fixture and assemble-line, particularly with regard to dates and capacities in consultation with the engineers and corporate-functions
Consider new methods and new technical of fixture and equipment
Leadership of employees
Leading of the fixture employees
Recognizing and promoting of potentials to achieve the set targets

Target agreement
Support agreements for project teams and ensuring the achievement of objectives in the fixture development process with the help of controlling fixture instruments to identify and eliminate risks early
Specialist function
Creating schedules assemble-line and equipment for the pre fabrication within locations
Support the product assemble dialogue within locations.
