职位描述：
Responsibilities
Design Coordination on site
Set up a list of design requirements, drawing and detailed drawings list, in compliance to the Client’s Design Intent by considering economical
and technical key datas, intended products and potential savings.
建立设计要求清单，图纸和施工图目录，通过考虑经济和技术的关键参数、预期产品和潜在节省开支来符合客户的设计意图。
Impose forms and standards, direct the Design Institute in Heat Load, Cooling Load Calculations
实施格式与标准，指导设计院进行热负荷计算，冷负荷计算。
Observe the implementation of the stipulated design intent, direct the Local Design Institute (Detailed Design) and the Contractors / Suppliers
(Workshop design) to obey the design intent, clarify details in time.
查看规定设计意图的执行情况，指导当地设计院（详细设计）和承包商/供应商（车间设计）遵照设计意图，及时明确细节。
Check design content for plausibility (i.e. heat load calculations, cooling calculations, header of pumps, etc.), find out design inconsistencies
and missing design details, if more information needed notify superiors to clarify with Client.
检查设计内容的合理性（即热负荷计算，冷负荷计算，分集水器等）找出设计不一致与设计细节缺失部分，如果需要更多信息，通知
上级向客户阐明。
Obtain all drawings in time and organize the distribution to the Suppliers / Contractors in order to serve the given works programme
及时获取所有图纸并安排分配给供应商/承包商，以配合既定工作计划。

Site Supervision (Quality, Safety, Progress)
Attend daily site meetings, discuss coordination problems and daily schedule pro-actively, point out critical issues, propose solutions for
interface problems
出席每日工地例会，预先商讨日程表与协调问题，提出关键问题，为沟通问题提出解决方案。
Record and follow up instructions given by the Site Management
记录并跟进现场经理的指示。
Obtain daily reports, authority related construction documents from the Contractors / Suppliers
从承包商/供应商处获取每日报告及主管部门相关施工文件。
Initiate and supervise the internal material sampling, check the proposed material against the Subcontract, independently reject material,
finally confirm an approval with the CM / PM
开展并监督内部材料抽样，核对分包商提出的材料，可独立拒绝材料，最终确认施工经理/项目经理的批准。
Observe quality and trigger corrective actions in case of non-compliance by the provided forms proactively, initiate / follow up / close out
Quality Non Conformances
查看质量并采取纠正措施，通过提供的表格预先防止不一致，开展/跟进/结束质量非一致性检查
observe site safety, report Health, Safety or Environmental Non-Compliances pro-actively
查看工地安全，预先报告健康、安全或环境的不一致性。
Observe time schedule and follow up details, such as delivery of materials, manpower assignment, discuss with the Contractors and report to
CM / PM
查看时间表并跟进细节，例如材料运送，人力配备，与承包商商讨并报告给施工经理/项目经理。
Conduct Weekly Meetings, discuss, urge and document solutions for Quality, Safety, Time Schedule problems.
进行每周例会，商讨、推进并归档质量、安全、时间表问题的解决方案。
Handing Over Procedures
Set up, prepare, direct and witness testing and commissioning schedules and detailed operation tests with forms, results, feasibility tests.
建立、准备、指导并参与测试、调试日程表和详细的运行试验，包括表格、结果、可行性测试。
Direct and conduct training programs and training protocols with the suppliers and client.
与供应商和客户一起指导并实施培训程序及培训草案。
Compile defective and outstanding works list prior to substantial completion of the project, follow up and close out
在项目大致竣工前，编辑有缺陷及未完成工作的清单，跟进并完成。
Compile operation manuals, authority documents, as built documents.
编辑操作手册、主管部门文件，作为已建立文档。

Requirement
HVAC Engineer, Bachelor or Master Degree
暖通工程师，学士或硕士学位
Fluent English both oral and written
流利的英语口语及书面表达
EXCEL, Word: sound knowledge is mandatory
EXCEL, Word: 必须扎实的专业基础
MS Project，AUTOCAD basic skills are necessary
