Primary Purpose:

This position requires a person with excellent communication skills and a successful track record in building and maintaining strong customer relationships in event service industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an on-site team in a 5 star Hotel environment. This person is the key representative for our organisation with our Hotel partner and is responsible for ensuring we deliver technical support and event related services to a very high standard.

? Achieving budgeted profitability (EBITA) margins through the application of sound business practices

? Managing all aspects of Occupational Health and Safety for Staging Connections within the venue
