--------------------------------------------GENERAL SUMMARY 职位概述--------------------------------
As an Sr. Account Manager, you will serve as the lead point of contact for all business aspects of the client processing relationship during the contract life, identifying opportunities for proactive discussions with potential clients, presenting strategies and project recommendations to our business partners, designing best solutions, negotiating business agreement, ensuring the project delivering quality. This position is also the client interface of product information and communication on critical operational issues. The Sr. Account Manager position has specific targets for contributing to overall department sales targets achievement and project execution quality.
资深客户经理承担着在业务沟通所有环节中涉及大客户业务沟通与关系维护的重要职责,包括在沟通中敏锐识别潜在业务机会,向合作伙伴与大客户呈现并促成公司的项目提案,根据大客户需求定制修改提案策略,参与业务合同协议的沟通谈判,确保项目执行交付的质量等。同时,在业务运营过程中,该职位还承担着作为大客户对接接口,向公司内部团队反馈运营侧的相关问题和风险,并协调资源解决的重要职责。客户经理的核心考核目标为所在事业部的销售表现,以及项目执行质量把控。
-------------------------------- PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责--------------------------------
1. Presales Support: In order to achieve department sales KPI, sr. account manager should support external and internal sales team to fully demonstrate company image and ability. Following duties are included but not limited:
销售支持:致力于完成事业部的整体销售目标,资深客户经理应支持内外部销售团队,向潜在客户充分展现公司形象和能力,包括但不限于下述职责:
- Idea thinking and proposal drawing 项目提案设计及制作
- Cost & margin forecast 项目成本和利润预测
- Client facing and proposal introduction 提案呈现与客户沟通
2. Client Relation Management: In co-operation with external and internal sales team develops framework for client base development and ensures the implementation.
客户关系维系:协同内外部销售团队拓展并维护大客户关系
- Build effective communicate & governance process for different client
与不同厂商客户建立有效的沟通及汇报机制
- Ensure the profitable business relations with client
确保与厂商客户的业务关系稳定、持续且具盈利潜力
- Handle client satisfaction/ regular issues, complaints as well.
及时对接并解决客户满意度,日常运营及投诉等问题
3. Sales Performance Management: participate in each allocated client KPI's lien as per agreed Framework. Periodically measures team performance and proposes corrective actions in order to ensure meeting the budget targets.
业务目标管理:参与事业部各厂商客户的当年业务目标管理,确保事业部的整体目标达成率
- Budget execution 项目预算执行
- Gross margin achievement 项目毛利达成率
- Overdue payments 逾期款项追回
4. Supplier Cooperation & Management: develop and manage project related supplier cooperation and performance, to ensure a qualified execution with a reasonable out sousing price.
供应商合作与管理:根据项目需求,拓展供应商网络,建立良好管理制度确保供应商的业务质量交付及合理的服务产品采购价。
- Supplier development and communication 供应商拓展与沟通
- Supplier performance tracking and improvement 供应商的服务质量监管
- Supplier agreement review and quality gate. 供应商合同审核与交付保障
5. Management of Client Agreements: In co-operation with finance & legal departments to develop the standard client agreement. Ensures all existing/ valid client agreements are reviewed and aligned with standard requirements. Develops the system to monitor the implementation of client agreements. Ensures the implementation of key client agreements/ agrees on corrective actions.
合同协议管理:协同财务和法务团队,从业务层面参与合同或协议的标准化管理。确保在事业部业务范畴内,公司所有的合同协议是符合标准需求,且形成一套有效体系监管相关项目的执行与合同协议保持一致,确保公司利益。
6. Business Develop: Working with related team to expand or include the products and service sets that are most applicable to major business model, industry, selling behaviors, and particular situation, as well as other elements of relationship management. Keep industry and product related continual learning
业务战略发展:参与事业部产品线服务能力体系的设计,保持行业相关研究学习,致力于不断完善业务部的商业模式、运营模式、市场竞争力、资源优势等。
------------------------------------------ KEY REQUIREMENT 职位要求------------------------------------
- Educational: Bachelor degree as a minimum and fluency in English is a nice to have plus
学历:本科及以上,具备英语能力尤佳
- Experience: 5 years working experience, including 2 years related experience required in Automobile Sales or Marketing, Account/Business Management. Project manager experience is a nice to have plus.
经验:5年及以上工作经验,包括至少2年在汽车销售与市场行业或业务拓展与销售的职业经验。有项目管理经验尤佳。
