1. 计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业 ，对移动互联网业务有从业热情.
2. 1年以上软件开发和设计经验。
3. 熟练掌握Java语言，熟悉J2EE架构，及Spring、Struts、Hibernate等架构；
4. 熟悉Tomcat等应用服务器的安装、部署、配置和优化；
5. 精通OOA/OOD/OOP的开发方法, 熟练运用UML和设计模式，掌握SOA架构体系
6. 熟悉软件开发流程和开发工具的使用,熟练使用Eclipse开发工具.
7. 熟悉mssql,mysql等数据库使用，熟练编写存储过程及熟悉数据库优化,熟练使用SQL,HQL语句。
8. 精通java web开发，熟悉jQuery、ajax等相关开源框架，熟悉js，css，xml、html,能解决各种游览器CSS的兼容问题。
9. 有ASP,PHP语言开发经验者优先；
10. 能独立撰写与整理设计和开发文档，具有产品开发及版本的控制能力;
11. 具有强烈的责任心和良好的学习能力，思维严密、反应敏捷，对技术与研发具有极大的热情，富有挑战精神；
12. 英文良好
