Purpose of the Job:
To maintain a call-center and website for B2C, thereby operate coordination between end user and dealer for lead generation to ensure service levels and efficiency. 在最终用户和代理商之间建立一种高效的优质服务。
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Entry point of all customer inquiries, follow up on requests etc. 接受电话、网站中客户咨询的问题,并对问题进行处理反馈。
- Run a comprehensive call center and website.保证呼叫中心和网站的日常运营。
- Competent handling and fast response of all kind of inquiries能及时发现客户的需求及意见。
- Transfer customer inquiries to suitable dealer.将客户需求传递给合适的代理商。
- Track the solution of customer inquiries.跟踪客户需求的解决。
- Collect and analyze customer information.收集和分析客户信息。
- Relevant customer survey.相关的客户调研。
- Coordinate with dealer and internal resources.协调各个部门和代理商的资源。
- Other assignments by superior其他上级委派的任务。
Qualifications:
-College degree above 大专以上学历;
- At least 2-year working experience in customer service function 2年以上客户服务工作经验;
- Solution orientation, not problem orientation解决问题的能力;
- Initiative 主动性;
- Service concept 服务意识;
-Accountability, reliability有责任心、有耐心;
-Listening and understanding 善于倾听和理解;
-Ability to handle criticism and conflict具良好地情绪控制能力;
-Good communication接受能力强,有较强沟通能力和技巧,有亲和力;
-Good both in oral and written良好的英语听说写能力;
-Good at computer office software operations熟悉Office软件的应用。
