Overview
This Automotive FAE will be based in Shenzhen, joining an elite FAE organization that strives to deliver innovative solutions that add value to Maxim’s customers. As part of our dynamic FAE team, you will work to develop a winning strategy to grow design wins, customer relationships, revenue growth, and Maxim's overall position in the semiconductor market. This position will have high visibility within all departments of Maxim and requires account ownership and accountability.
Reporting Structure
This is an individual contributor role.
Tasks & Responsibilities
? Support and provide coverage to regional customers for technical initiative, discussion and debugging activities.
?Focusing on industry power, signal chain and CPG power
? Work closely with Sales to facilitate sales plan/goal at desired customer from technical perspective.
? Provide technical support and consult to sale team and customer to enable key project design in/win.
? Bridge customer and business units for product promotion and product definition.
? Provide lab and onsite support and debugging to solve customer technical issues.
? Win projects and socket to enable account sales plan.
? Gather and summarize customer technical requirement for industry trend analysis and technical discussions.
Qualifications & Skills
? BSEE or MSEE with at least 3 years experiences in Semiconductor.
? Knowledge on Automotive industry and relevant semiconductor technologies.
? Good interpersonal skills, proactive & self-starter.
? Ability to handle multiple customers/projects simultaneously.
? Fluent in written and oral English.
