Reporting to Global Application Manager with direct access to company key business stakeholders.


岗位职责

? Application (ERP, CMMS, CRM, HRIS) customization for implementation projects in company branches in China and abroad, under project Management supervision

? Development of reports on these applications

? Maintenance and 2nd level support of these applications

? Successful delivery of small scale implementation projects of these applications in company branches in China and abroad (acting as Project Manager)

任职要求

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

? Liaison within all relevant business departments, application team and the software suppliers
? Identify, gather and document business requirements for customization
? Design and layout the structure of application (ERP, CMMS, CRM, HRIS) customization in accordance with these IS system and business requirements
? Application customization and report development
? Application maintenance
? Application 2nd level support for all company geographies
? Collaborate with company business lines to identify, assess and provide solutions to help improve their business processes
? Follow up the software suppliers and application versions


Key Skills and Competencies:

? Experience in application implementation customization, implementation project and software programming
? Understanding and interest for business processes, especially financial processes
? Familiar with EXACT ERP, EXACT CRM and Benq HR is a plus.
? Good knowledge of software development & maintenance technologies including MS SQL Server, ASP.net (C#), HTML5, jquery, Crystal Reports, etc
? Experience in developing Web application, and Mobile app is a plus



Education & Experience Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:
     

? Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information System
? Familiar to most popular development frameworks, web standards, database management systems
