Job Description

Title: Advertising Officer
Location: Beijing
Report to: Marcom Manager
Expected on-board date: 2-4 weeks

Job Description:
- Advertising
o Media profile sourcing for potential exhibition media partner
o Advertising plan drafting and updating
o Media invitation, on-site visiting and relations maintenance
o Media database maintaining and update
o Advertisement design & production for media, ad publishing
- Production
o Coordination with vendor
o Promotion material production, collection & organization
o Sample collecting & filing, clipping
- Other
o Provide support to event marketing
o Develop and maintain a good relationship with local mass and trade media

Requirement:
? Industrious, independent and willing to accept new challenges
? 2-3 year experience in B2B and B2C advertising and event management
? Abundant knowledge in a variety of designs, e.g. advertisement, e-newsletter and promotional materials
? Decent taste in image management
? Good in both oral and written English. CET-6 is a must; TEM-8 or similar certificate will be a plus
? Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign will be a plus
