Main goals and objectives:

? Coordination and implementation of all Financial & Economic Planning and Target Setting (strategy, planning round and budget, incl. sales and headcount key figures) in alignment with VW Group, the brands VW, Audi and Skoda, the JV partners and within VGC.

? Implementation, preparation and active development of the monthly/quarterly financial Reporting for JV in alignment with the Financial Reporting Systems of VW Group.

? Development of forward-thinking controlling concepts with counter-measures to support financial success of JV.

? Presentation of ad-hoc analysis and feasibility studies for decision-making as well as of deviations between targets and actual performance.

? Applying state-of-the-art valuation procedures based on a robust due diligence.

Your Responsibilities:

? Make preparations and plausibility tests for planning round (PRxx) and annual Budget figures; Coordination of time schedules and premise settings with all functional departments in VGC, JV and VW Group to ensure a high degree of planning quality

? Preparation, Analysis and Steering of the Monthly and Quarterly Reporting for JV and ensuring of data transparency and harmonization between different reporting systems

? JV Controlling as an effective and detailed steering of the entities to ensure VW Group profitability, dividend and liquidity targets are aligned and implemented accordingly; active development of new and innovative financial planning and reporting processes; further development of latest controlling methods and concepts; support on achievement of MACH18 strategy of VW Group in China

? Preparation of documents for Financial Review meetings for the JV in cooperation with Group Finance & JVs in China

? Planning of costs and earnings; preparation of actual results and forecasts; preparation of feasibility studies and economic decision-making options for VGC Top Management in China based on highly complex data (e.g. SEAT localization, Budget Car); transparent and plausible presentation of financial impact and preparation of economic recommendations

? Preparation of relevant ad-hoc reports and ensuring data harmonization for benchmarks between SVW and FAW-VW considering respective differences of both entities to support the decision making process for VGC Region

? Preparation and steering of the GRC process (Governance, Risk and Compliance) for JV’s Finance related sections within the GRC process of VW Group and Region China

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

? Finance , Business Administration university degree (Finance & Controlling as majors)

Personal skills:

? Reliable / attention to detail / hands on / driven by initiatives / organizational talent

? Strong motivator / innovative approach / strong problem solver

? Intercultural expert / diplomatic approach to JVs / assertive implementation skills

? Willingness to travel within China and to HQ locations

? Good communication skills with Asian and Foreign employees, peers, supervisors

Working experience (in years):

? >3 years working experience; international experience (at least 6 months)

Remarks:

? Fluent German & English capabilities required / Chinese language is beneficial but not required

? MS Office skills / SAP or IT System knowledge are required\
