JOB DESCRIPTION
Title of Position: Account Manager
Department: Sales Dept.
Reports to: Area Sales Manager
Act as a resource to account specialist/ sr. account specialist on excellent execution of sales activity and providing highest levels of services to customers
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal
Area Sales manager
External
Business – ECP, Optical shop owner, LSP
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage to achieve sales target.
Call optimisation through effective and efficient call planning
Develop territory business by anticipating customer needs and creates innovative ways to exceed those needs
Identify market opportunities and develop/implement sales plans
Cultivate good business relationship with key customers
Co-work with marketing team to implement activities in market.
Secure prominent merchandising space in key outlets to create impactful merchandising.
An entry level to manager which may have people responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS
University graduate
Experience with multi-national companies handling reputable consumer products between 3 to 5 years.
Good English is definitely required.
Proactive, good team player, self-driven, innovative with strong commitment to drive good business result.
Excellent communication skills
