岗位职责：
Europen leather company has a retanning site manager position need to be hire.Job location:Shanghai and Jiaxing.

Candidate must have quality management working experience.

候选人要有水场经验,懂皮革质量管理.




Performance Objective (KPI):

1. Retanning process development and optimization;

2. Retanning PFMEA initiate and PSR deep involved;

4. New process / equipment/quality development;

5. TPM tracking and monitor;
任职资格：
Qualifications:

1) Bachelor degree of leather / chemical / engineering

2) Over 6 year’s relative experience. Multinational manufactory experience is preferred

3) Good hand on and management experience of big machine

5) Prefer on leather industry experienced, good eyesight.

6) Be familiar with automotive industry quality and supplier validation system, such as PPAP, APQP,FMEA

7) Must be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

8) Good in both spoken and written English.
