Job Description
This position is responsible for cost accounting, reporting and analysis.
？Responsible for maintaining the cost accounting system, analysis of manufacturing costs against company standards, gathering of data on overhead, labor and other direct costs, and maintenance of product standard costs.
？Assist in the establishment of processes for accurate and timely reporting of product costs and inventory.
？Oversee the setting of accurate standard costs for parts and Manufacturing overhead rates and actively resolve part BOM or routing problems.
？Coordinate and participate in the cost & inventory audit processes.
？Perform inventory analysis and prepare schedules as required
？Maintain monthly inventory reconciliations between perpetual records and the general ledger.
？Coordinate with the appropriate members of manufacturing to understand and report upon inventory
Required Skills
？Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
？Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work productively with and influence other organizations
？Customer service oriented
？Good English communication skills in both speaking and writing.
Required Experience
？2-5 years of cost accounting and manufacturing experience
？Applies full understanding of accounting principles, cost accounting techniques and complex spreadsheet models and industry standard practices in performing job responsibilities.
？Requires advanced knowledge of standard business tools such as MS Suite (Word, Powerpoint, and especially Excel)
？Requires experience with Oracle or other similar department specific information systems or databases.
