Job Responsibilities/工作职责:

  1. Plan, direct and implement the compensationand benefits activities of the organization so as to deliver the desiredbusiness results.
  2. Major Responsibilities:C&B Manager is responsible forsetting compensation & benefits function for the company and translatingstrategic goals into tactical actions in the following respective areas:Develop and implement C&B strategy, programs, policies and procedurealigned with company business.
  3. Review competitiveness of overall C&Bpractices in order to better attract, retain and motivate the employees to supportcompany’s continuous growth.
  4. Manage relationships with third partybenefit plan providers and external vendors, including negotiation of benefitscontracts (in partnership with internal NPP) to manage costs and provide acompetitive benefits package.
  5. Collaborate and provide guidance to HROperations, HR Business Partners, employees and management on a variety ofmatters to support Benefit programs, mitigate costs, and promote employeeengagement.
  6. Manage C&B activities including benefitscheme, commercial insurance, bonus / award plans, salary structure, jobevaluation, position title and grading system.
  7. Manage HR reporting, personnel file administrationand Org-Chart updating.
  8. Participate the development andoptimization of Great China compensation policies, guidelines, procedures andprograms.

Job qualifications:
  1. 6+ year work experience in design and /administration of C&B programs in foreign funded enterprise, 2 + yearleadership experience
  2. Ability to write reports, businesscorrespondence, policies, procedures & manuals.
  3. Excellent communication skills, cross-groupcollaboration and problem-solving capability
  4. Fluent in spoken and written English.
