Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage petty cash and prepare daily petty cash report;
管理小额现金和准备日常小额现金报表
2. Issue invoice and receipt to customer;
为客户开具发票和收据
3. Manage financial documents and copies of contracts to ensure they are properly archived;
管理财务文件和合同副本，确保正确归档
4. Assist and involve in annual statutory audit;
协助并参与年度审计
5. Assists accountant cooperate external audit, monthly tax filing;
协助会计配合外部审计，协助每月的纳税申报
6. Assist in preparation of Annual check for company business licenses / certificates...Etc;
协助准备公司营业执照及证书的年审
7.Pay monthly salary;
每月工资发放。


任职要求：
Key Requirements:

1.At least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
会计及相关专业学士学位。
2.at least 3 years working experiences in finance or accounting function, working experience in foreign company is preferred;
至少3年以上财务工作经验，有外企的工作经验优先
3.You must be very savvy with Microsoft Office, especially word and excel.
熟练运用Microsoft Office, word and excel.
4.Be hardworking, honest, well-organized, hand-on, down to earth, ability to execute, quick leaner and understanding. Ability to handle multiple tasks.
勤奋、诚实，良好的组织能力、动手能力、脚踏实地，执行能力、学习能力以及悟性。处理多重任务的能力
5.Attention to detail, careful and thoughtful.
注重细节,仔细认真，考虑周到。
6. 房地产企业3年以上工作经验。
Must work in real estate company for at least 3 years.

Huan De Future City Property (Shenzhen) Co., Limited, located in the Longgang District is an international real estate developer.
