Job Description:
- Be responsible for receiving and disseminating all in /out mailings accurately and timely
- Handle incoming calls and inquires professionally and efficiently
- Handle monthly admin payment arrangement
- Be responsible for office maintenance / repair and stationary management
- Back up Admin Assistant for hotel / flight ticket booking and visa application
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
- College degree or above;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English
- Good attitude and strong commitment to work
- Pleasant and easy-going personality
- Be able to work more than 4 days per week
